We model every run in 3D before a sheet is broken down — resolving reveals, hardware clashes, and site tolerances on screen instead of on site.
CNC accuracy where it earns its keep, hand-cut joints where it shows. Our benches run mortise-and-tenon and dovetail work alongside a five-axis cell.
A dedicated, dust-sealed spray booth with controlled humidity. Hardwax oils, conversion varnish, and hand-rubbed finishes — colour-matched and sampled before sign-off.

A full kitchen and pantry run in rift-sawn white oak, with hand-fitted inset doors, integrated appliance panels, and a hardwax-oil finish carried across 14 metres of cabinetry.
Deep Cove Boathouse
Marine-grade fir joinery for a waterfront boathouse conversion — bunk casework, a fold-down galley, and the original 1940s window frames repaired rather than replaced.
Wilder Studio Slat Screen
A 4.2-metre floor-to-ceiling slat partition in stained ash, acoustically backed and hung on a concealed track so the studio can reconfigure the floor plate in minutes.
Alta Lake Hearth Wall
A full-height hearth surround in book-matched walnut with concealed storage, scribed to a stone chimney that was out of plumb by 40mm across its run.
Trafalgar Fluted Island
A 3.4-metre island wrapped in hand-run fluting, mitre-folded at every corner so the profile carries around the piece without a single visible break.
Cheakamus Library Fit-Out
130 linear metres of acoustic slat lining, a curved circulation desk, and stack shelving — value-engineered from solid to veneered core without changing the drawn detail.

A blackened-oak galley and freestanding pantry tower for a heritage warehouse conversion, built to sit clear of brick that could not be drilled.
Foxglove Carved Panel Kitchen
A carved relief panel modelled from the designer's sketch, five-axis roughed and then finished by hand, set into an otherwise plain maple run.
Ridgeline Open-Riser Stair
